3. Scope of Services
Propserve.in acts as an intermediary and consultancy platform. Our services include:
Listing Aggregation: Displaying real estate project details, floor plans, and brochures for informational purposes.
Preliminary Consultancy: Providing free initial advice to prospective buyers regarding market trends and property suitability.
Facilitation: Connecting interested buyers with Developers for site visits and negotiations.
User Tools: Providing a “User Dashboard” for saving properties (“My Shortlist”) and managing preferences.
Important Note: We are not a party to the final “Agreement for Sale” or “Construction Agreement” signed between the Buyer and the Developer. Any transaction you enter into is strictly between you and the Developer.
4. User Accounts and Dashboard
To access certain features of the Website, such as saving properties or receiving personalized alerts, you may be required to register a User Account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and login credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
5. Lead Data and Privacy Protocol
We take your privacy seriously. By submitting your contact details (Name, Phone, Email) on our forms or via our Tidio Chatbot, you agree to the following:
Consent to Contact: You expressly authorize us and our representatives to contact you via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to discuss property details, even if you are registered on the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry.
Masked Data Sharing: We operate a strict “Masked Data” policy. We do not share your full contact details with Developers immediately upon lead submission.
Site Visit Condition: Your full details are shared with a Developer only if you explicitly request a site visit or a direct callback.
Verification: To facilitate site entry and security verification, we may share partial data (First Initial, Surname, Last 4 digits of Mobile Number) with the Developer’s sales team.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All Content on this Website, including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel,” and arrangement of such Content, is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Propsrv Real Estate Consultant Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
