Communication Data: The content of your messages sent via our Tidio Chatbot, email, or contact forms.

As you navigate through and interact with our Platform, we use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns.
Device Data: IP address, operating system, browser type, and screen resolution.

To create and manage your User Dashboard account.

We use third-party tracking pixels to show you relevant advertisements on other platforms based on your interest in specific properties on our site.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): To deliver targeted ads on social media based on the properties you viewed.
LinkedIn Insight Tag: To serve relevant ads to professional audiences on LinkedIn.

A. Sharing with Developers (Strict Protocol)
We act as a bridge between you and Real Estate Developers. To protect your privacy, we follow a Masked Data Policy:
Initial Inquiry: When you submit a lead, your data remains solely with Propserve. It is not automatically sent to the developer.
Site Visit Request: If and ONLY if you request a site visit, we share your information with the specific Developer/Builder for security and coordination.
Data Minimization: Even when sharing for a site visit, we initially share only Masked Data:
Name: First Letter of First Name + Full Surname (e.g., “A. Sharma”).
Phone: Only the last 4 digits of your mobile number.
Full details are shared only when necessary for gate entry/security at the project site or when you proceed to negotiation.
B. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website. These transfers are covered by data processing agreements ensuring they protect your data:
CRM & Database: HubSpot.
Email Marketing: Mailchimp.
Live Chat: Tidio.
Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity.
C. Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

Active Accounts: Retained as long as your User Dashboard account is active.
Lead Data: Retained in our CRM (HubSpot) for a period of 5 years to maintain a history of your property preferences for future consultations, unless you request deletion sooner.

Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
